The confusion surrounding diet and nutrition in our modern world is rampant. During a consult, I will guide you through the misinformation and confusion to find the diet that suits you as an individual. My philosophy about food revolves around it being fresh, local, seasonal, ethical and organic. Connecting and listening to your body to find what you need is paramount in my treatment goals. I focus first on diet modification to ensure you are getting the nutrients you need, if necessary I will use nutritional supplements for therapeutic dosage to correct deficiencies while we work on your health issue.
An ancient science
Traditional herbal medicine is the sum total of the knowledge, skills, and practices of different cultures through history. It is used in the maintenance of health as well as in the prevention, improvement or treatment of physical and mental illness. Plants have been the basis for medical treatments through much of human history and I draw on this knowledge and traditional wisdom to support your healing journey with herbal remedies. Liquid herbal remedies are my favourite healing tool as they are easily absorbed and their healing powers used by our bodies in individual ways.

As a Naturopathic Practitioner, I use a range of treatment options and therapies to support your healing. Other than diet modifications and herbal remedies, I may recommend homeopathic remedies, Australian Bush Flower Essences (ABFE), Naturopathic Emotional Release (NER) breathing exercises, movement, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or a multitude of other lifestyle related activities. I also educate my clients on becoming aware of their connection to nature and their unique cycles/rhythms, movement and exercise, spirituality and connection as well as meditation and breathing. Using a variety of techniques allows me to individualise your treatment plan to get the best results possible.
